TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By registering on the SCI FI website (scifi.co.uk) and playing the games within the Game Centre, players shall be deemed to have submitted an entry to the monthly competition to win a prize.

2. The winner will be the player who, in the opinion of the judges has recorded the highest single score (at one attempt) for the chosen game of that month in the SCI FI Games Centre during the competition month. The judges' decision shall be final.

3. Entrants can play as many times as they like each month but only their highest score within any single competition month shall count. A high score will only be displayed if the user has logged on to scifi.co.uk before playing.

4. The competition shall run for 4 weeks in total and end at 17.00 hrs (GMT) on Thursday the 9th July 2009.

5. The usernames of the players posting the top 10 scores throughout the month will be published on the site in a 'scoreboard'. The final scoreboard each month will remain available to visitors to the Games Centre during the course of the following month's competition.

6. Only one prize shall be awarded each month.

7. The winner of each SCI FI Game Centre competition shall be notified by the Promoter after the closing date. Players of this competition shall be notified after
Thursday the 9th July 2009.

8. By entering the competition players consent to having their username and profile picture used for promotional and publicity purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, by registering on the SCI FI website (scifi.co.uk) and playing the games within the Games Centre, players also give the Promoter permission to use the personal data they have provided to contact them in the event that they become eligible for a prize.

9. In the event of the winner being ineligible to receive the prize which is offered in any particular competition month, the Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize which it, in its sole discretion considers suitable. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the prizes it offers without notice.

10. The Promoter excludes liability to the greatest extent available under UK law, for any damage loss or injury suffered as a consequence of the use of the monthly prizes awarded.

11. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom.

12. Employees of SCI FI Channel Europe LLC and any of its associated companies, and members of such employees' families are not eligible to enter. In any event, the Promoter may refuse any application for entry in its sole discretion.

13. The name of the last competition winner each month, can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to NBC UNIVERSAL GLOBAL NETWORKS, SCI FI channel, 6th Floor, Prospect House, 80-110 New Oxford Street, London. WC1A 1HB on or after Thursday the 9th July 2009.

14. The Promoter shall own the copyright in the entries.

15. By playing the games, entrants confirm that they have read and accept the terms and conditions herein.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or to cancel the Competitions at any stage individually or entirely or otherwise vary the Competitions without notice.

17. These Terms shall be governed by English law.

18. The Promoter is SCI FI Channel Europe LLC, Oxford House, 76 Oxford Street, London W1D 1BS. For the purposes of these Terms "the Promoter" includes the Promoter's affiliates, successors, assignees and licensees.
