Dolan is one of the country's most recognised psychics whose work has taken her from private readings to shost hunting and psychic readings in front of hundreds of people. Her abilities have made her one of the most sought-after psychics in the country.
Mia lives with her daughter, Tanya, and her mother, Patricia, in Sheerness on the island of Sheppey, off the Kentish Coast
Episode 1: The Hassetts Family
The Hassetts from West Yorkshire have lived in their house for the last 20 years. The whole family claim to have experienced paranormal activity during this time. They have reported strange noises, cold spots and ghosts. Teresa Hassett says there is constant activity in their house, which they believe was once a Coaching Inn. The investigation centres around a dark and spooky cellar.
Episode 2: The Munday Family
Nicola and Mel Munday live with Nicola's five children - Mel and Nic are very interested in the paranormal and they run a web-based paranormal group. They claim that activity in the house appears to have increased when they started dabbling with a Ouija Board. Mel and Nic believe they have invited a bad spirit into their home and it needs to be purged, because of its negative nature. Mia claims the spirit that they believe they have invited into their home through the ouiji board is demonic.
Episode 3: The Scriven Family
Lorraine Scriven lives with her two children Emma and Stephen in Birmingham in what they claim is a haunted house. The Scriven family claim to have experienced various forms of paranormal activity in their home over the last 18 years. They believed it was a harmless ghost, but recently say they have captured an image on camera of something far more sinister - a male figure in a dark hooded garment - which has completely freaked them out, particularly affecting twenty one year old Emma who will no longer sleep in her own room. Mia claims that the spirit of a man who died suddenly has been haunting the family.
Episode 4: The Harris Family
Heather Harris who lives with her two children claims their Nottinghamshire home is haunted. The Harris's situation was so bad that Heather regularly left the house in the middle of the night, with her two children and took refuge at on her sister's home. She moved in a year ago and within a few weeks the paranormal activity began and has worsened over time. Heather claims to hear balls bouncing upstairs and children running back and forth across the landing. She has heard mysterious voices over the baby monitor. Heather believes that one of her children, Carly Beth, has been talking to the ghosts. Mia claims that the Harris house contains a portal - a doorway to the other side.
Episode 5: The Elvin Family
John and Katrina Elvin live with their three children in a house in Newcastle that they claim is haunted. They regularly claim that they see the solid figure of a man standing in their bedrooms and on the landing. Son Jonathan says there is a man watching him while he's on his computer. When he spotted the mysterious figure younger son Nathan was frozen to the spot. Mia says that she identifies a spirit who's trying to get in contact with John Elvin.
Episode 6: The Stevens Family
Bob and Shelley Stevens live with their 2 children in what they claim is a haunted house in Lincolnshire. Strange things started happening in 2003 when the house renovations began. Objects went missing and things are constantly moved around without explanation. All their family and friends refuse to stay in the house. Bob's wife took a photo of their home and they claim a face appears in an upstairs window although no one was in the house at the time. They also say a female ghost that they have nicknamed Mabel haunts the house. Mia claims that the spirit of a past occupant does not want to leave the house.

I've seen the same light skinned black guy at the bus stop where I live, which was about 12 years ago, he disapeared behind me when I turned my back on him. Then more recently, I was on the North Circular with my mum next to me, and I saw him again, or some one very similar to him, on my mums side of the car, I spoke to her about him afterwoulds, she said she never saw the man on the hill. Very strange - who is he?
If you don't believe Mia Dolan of Haunted Homes is gifted as a pyschic, then at least see her as being gifted in other ways. Surviving her life and truly giving a damn about people. That takes talent. Open your eyes to that and maybe your blind soul will start understanding and believing in things.

I myself have found that my property has/had two ghosts. A male and female, I think. All I can say is that ghosts are real and I am still waiting the the psychic to come back and do another clearing. I also used to be involved with a group called SPI , Strange Phenomena Investigations back in 1995 and now I have gone back to them and am creating websites for them, so watch this space.

This epesode is a drag, what you need too add a spark to your series is to gather some homes and pick the most bone chilling home. You need your viewers to be amazed, shocked even. If you choose not too listen to this comment then fine be it, at least it's not be that puts their show down the drain, with no career left behind. If you DO choose to listen then good on you, you will have a wonderful life.xxx
